YingTone Alliance was started and is operated by HK YINGTONG INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED. The company supplies network and smart devices, promotes brands and coordinates after-sales support.
Put retailers into the product story.
We wholesale network equipment in Hong Kong, working with retailers and installers. When promoting products, we arrange for creators to show real uses and introduce the sales channels of our retail partners.
This approach has been used in our Hong Kong content partnerships. YingTone Alliance builds on this work, connecting brands, retailers and creators with clearer promotion, sales channel and after-sales responsibilities.
After a sale, someone follows up.
When physical products we supply need after-sales support, we work with retailers to collect them. We coordinate and follow up with brands or technical partners to arrange inspection and service under the applicable warranty policy.
Making it clear to retailers and customers who handles after-sales support is an important part of the partnerships we organise.
